This new house was built in 2003 in the Georgian style typical of the historic, much visited City of Bath. It is situated just over a mile from the city centre. The end of terrace house overlooks an elegant communal railed square with boules court and also has a private walled garden as well as a garage and private parking space.

On the ground floor is a superbly equipped beech kitchen with dining table seating six, a WC and a TV room. The formal sitting room on the first floor overlooks the square and the large master bedroom with ensuite shower room is also located on this floor. On the second floor are two single rooms, a large twin room and a bathroom.

The house is quietly situated on the west side of Bath but is 100 metres from excellent public transport links to the city and to Bristol. The river is only 200 metres away and Royal Victoria Park with its huge children's playground, pitch & putt golf, mini golf, tennis and Botanical gardens is only 300 metres away. You may walk into town along the river or through the park.
